Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC in Dubai seeks a dynamic Female Tele Sales Executive to join our HVAC sales team. You will generate leads, promote air conditioning products, build relationships and hit monthly targets through outbound and inbound calls.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Arabic and English, with at least 2 years of tele-sales experience, and familiar with CRM systems and MS Office. We offer visa, accommodation, medical insurance and a supportive, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of tele sales experience.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales acumen.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote HVAC and air conditioning products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Explain product features, pricing, and service offerings effectively.
• Prepare and maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for timely service.
• Handle objections and convert inquiries into sales.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
