Job summary

This role requires travel to visit clients, assess site requirements, and present technically sound solutions to engineers and decision-makers in HVACR or MEP sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in technical sales, estimation, or application engineering in HVACR or MEP industries.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40-50%).
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using load calculation software.
• Proven track record generating BOQs, estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and MEP sectors.
• Analyze project specifications and prepare precise technical load estimations for HVACR equipment.
• Develop comprehensive commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
• Create compliant technical submittals and deliver product presentations to stakeholders.
• Travel internationally to meet clients, conduct on-site evaluations, and represent the company.
