Job summary

REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage full recruitment cycles across multiple sectors. This full-time, remote-based role requires sourcing, screening, client coordination, and placement activities with a focus on ethical, data-driven hiring practices. You will use Zoho Recruit and coordinate with clients to understand roles, salary ranges, and hiring needs. Competitive salary with commission based on placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 35 years experience in recruitment (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, databases and ATS (Zoho Recruit).
• Screening interviews to assess skills, experience and fit; prepare shortlists.
• Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate expectations throughout the process.
• Prepare offers, join formalities and placement documentation; assist visa onboarding as needed.
• Monitor UAE labour market trends and support salary benchmarking data.
