Qualifications

• 3–6 years in HR with recruitment involvement.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
• English required; Arabic preferred for local regulatory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Draft job descriptions and post openings on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies; screen CVs and conduct first-round interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback with hiring managers; perform reference checks.
• Prepare offer letters, manage acceptance and onboarding, and respond to HR policy inquiries.
