Job summary

REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for remote work. You will identify, attract and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries using digital sourcing tools, Boolean logic and AI platforms, collaborating with Recruitment Consultants to build pipelines for current and future openings.

Key duties include conducting structured searches on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases; developing talent pools; coordinating with the recruitment team;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 13 years experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency/consultancy preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Sheets and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of UAE job market and visa categories is a plus.
• English proficiency required; Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates across industries using sourcing tools.
• Conduct structured searches on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and internal databases.
• Apply Boolean/X-ray and AI search strings to find top candidates.
• Maintain candidate data in Zoho Recruit and update sheets with contacts.
• Develop and segment talent pools for high-demand roles.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Consultants on client needs and roles.
• Share shortlisted leads daily/weekly based on priority openings.
• Support initial candidate pre-screening with basic checks.
• Generate weekly sourcing reports and ensure data confidentiality.
