Recruitals is seeking a people-focused HR Specialist to support recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and HR administration in a fully remote role. You will help maintain confidential records and assist employees with HR requests while contributing to efficient people operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree or HR or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR, administrative, recruitment, or office support is beneficial.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily human resources operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
• Prepare and organise HR documentation and reports.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide administrative assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Update HR systems and documentation regularly.
• Assist with policy communication and HR initiatives.
• Support workforce reporting and administrative projects.
