Black & Grey HR is seeking a remote Recruitment Sourcer to feed recruiters with live mandates across multiple desks. You will source qualified talent spanning technology, finance, energy, healthcare, and built environment using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and internal databases.

You will build talent pools for live and upcoming roles, screen against briefs, and keep ATS data clean and current. Collaborate with recruiters on strategy to deliver fast, accurate profiles with structured

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in recruitment sourcing or executive search.
• Agency-tested experience in a fast-paced agency/staffing environment.
• ATS fluency with Zoho Recruit or a comparable ATS.
• Real sourcer with LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean logic and candidate mapping.
• Organised under pressure; manage multiple mandates without dropping standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent proven in work.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified talent across multiple desks using LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and databases.
• Build talent pools for live and upcoming roles; maintain an active pipeline.
• Screen candidates against the brief and shortlist based on evidence and fit, not just keywords.
• Keep ATS data clean, tagged, and current; ensure data entry is accurate.
• Collaborate with recruiters on priority strategy and market insights to speed up delivery.
• Deliver quality profiles quickly, ensuring accuracy on the first pass.
