Job summary

Tanqeeb, a Dubai-based recruitment firm, is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment, including real estate agents and sales professionals, with a strong emphasis on sourcing passive candidates and quick hiring cycles.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to tailor strategies, conduct detailed interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluency in English is required.
