Job summary

BagginsHQ seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive growth for Baggins Foody, a cloud-based restaurant management and POS platform. You will own market performance, acquisition, and subscription metrics, targeting food-service businesses with modern technology solutions.

The role is an individual contributor position with no sales team, requiring strong restaurant industry networks, commercial initiative and the ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional experience in restaurant management, F&B operations, hospitality management or related sectors.
• Experience with SaaS subscriptions or commercial growth in food-service.
• Strong understanding of restaurant technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify, approach and acquire restaurants, cafés, food trucks, bars, takeaway businesses and restaurant groups.
• Develop and execute practical product growth and customer acquisition strategies within the market.
• Promote Baggins Foody through restaurant networks and partnerships.
• Demonstrate the platform's POS, KDS, table management, menu engineering and online ordering capabilities.
• Convert prospects and free-trial users into paying subscribers.
• Maintain relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers to support revenue growth.
• Gather feedback to support product improvements and market growth.
