BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Product Manager to lead market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance for Baggins Foody, our cloud-based restaurant management and POS platform.

This is an independent contributor role with no sales team, focused on identifying opportunities in restaurants, cafes, food trucks and multi-unit operators, and converting trials into paying subscribers while strengthening long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management, hospitality operations, or related sectors.
• Understanding of POS, KDS, inventory control, and food costing.
• Proven ability in business development, SaaS subscriptions, or commercial growth.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire restaurant, café, food truck, bar, and group clients for the management software.
• Develop growth and customer acquisition strategies in the assigned market.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities including POS, KDS, inventory, and online ordering.
• Convert trials and prospects into paying subscribers.
• Maintain relationships and drive renewals and revenue growth.
• Coordinate demonstrations, onboarding, and implementation with internal teams.
• Track verified revenue, CAC, retention, and market performance.
