Job summary

BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance for Baggins Hotel, a cloud-based hospitality management platform. You will own the product's commercial results in the assigned market, targeting hotels, resorts and hospitality groups to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in hotel management and hospitality operations.
Strong understanding of hotel front desk, reservations and guest services.
Experience in business development, client acquisition and SaaS subscriptions in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire hotels, resorts and hospitality groups.
Develop and execute growth and customer acquisition strategies.
Demonstrate platform capabilities to prospects and converts trials to paying customers.
Build relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers.
Maintain commercial pipeline and verifiable revenue records.
