BagginsHQ is seeking a commercially driven Product Manager to lead market growth and subscription performance for Baggins Hotel, our cloud-based management platform. You will own product commercial performance in your market, targeting hospitality businesses seeking modern tech solutions to improve operations and profitability.

This is an individual contributor role with no sales team, remote work, and performance-based revenue targets including USD 700 monthly salary and USD 100 facilitation

BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced commercially driven Product Manager to lead the market growth customer acquisition and subscription performance of Baggins Hotel our comprehensive cloud-based hotel and hospitality management platform.

Baggins Hotel helps hotels resorts lodges guesthouses and hospitality groups streamline their daily operations through an integrated system covering reservations front desk management online bookings restaurant and dining operations housekeeping spa services events staff management and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will take direct ownership of the products commercial performance within their assigned market targeting hospitality businesses seeking modern technology solutions to improve operational efficiency guest experiences and profitability.

This is an individual contributor position with no sales team or subordinates.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently identify approach and acquire hotels resorts lodges guesthouses and hospitality groups requiring property management software.
• Develop and execute practical product growth and customer acquisition strategies within the assigned market.
• Promote Baggins Hotel through hospitality industry networks hotel associations tourism communities direct outreach and strategic business relationships.
• Present and demonstrate the platforms property management reservations front desk direct booking restaurant POS housekeeping and financial management capabilities.
• Convert genuine hospitality prospects and free trial users into paying subscribers.
• Build professional relationships with hotel owners general managers operations managers revenue managers and hospitality decision-makers.
• Identify operational challenges faced by hospitality businesses and demonstrate how Baggins Hotel addresses those challenges.
• Assist prospective customers in understanding available subscription plans and selecting suitable packages.
• Maintain customer relationships encourage subscription renewals and minimise cancellations.
• Monitor verified subscription revenue customer acquisition retention and market performance.
• Maintain accurate and verifiable records of prospects engagements product demonstrations and commercial outcomes.
• Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvements and market growth.
• Independently achieve the Companys established verified revenue targets.

Important: BagginsHQ does not provide Company Leads for this position. The Product Manager is expected to possess the hospitality industry knowledge professional networks and commercial initiative necessary to independently source and convert genuine business opportunities.

Requirements

• Demonstrable professional experience in hotel management hospitality operations tourism resort management hospitality technology or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations reservations guest services front desk administration housekeeping and hospitality business challenges.
• Practical experience in business development client acquisition SaaS subscriptions or commercial growth within the hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) online booking platforms restaurant POS systems or hospitality software.
• Established professional relationships within the hospitality industry or proven ability to independently develop such relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hotel owners general managers operations managers and hospitality decision-makers.
• Strong product presentation negotiation relationship management and customer retention skills.
• Ability to independently develop and manage a commercial pipeline without a supporting sales team.
• High standards of professionalism accountability integrity and commercial discipline.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and provide verifiable revenue and customer acquisition reports.

Probation and Performance Requirements

Probation Period: 30 Days

During probation the Product Manager must:

• Generate a minimum of USD 500 in verified Baggins Hotel revenue.
• Independently acquire genuine paying hospitality business customers.
• Demonstrate consistent prospecting product demonstrations customer engagement and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and verifiable customer acquisition records.
• Demonstrate satisfactory professionalism reliability accountability and product knowledge.

Only genuine payments received and verified by BagginsHQ count towards the revenue target. Free trials unpaid registrations fabricated transactions and refunded payments do not qualify.

Performance will be reviewed on Day 14 and Day 30.

Successful probation requires achieving the minimum verified revenue target and receiving a satisfactory overall performance assessment. Permanent confirmation is not automatic.

Permanent Employment Performance

Upon successful confirmation the Product Manager must generate a minimum of USD 2000 in verified Baggins Hotel revenue every month.

The Product Manager is also responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction encouraging subscription renewals minimising customer churn and supporting sustainable product growth.

Continued employment is subject to satisfactory performance Company policies and applicable employment terms.
