Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales operations, SDR/BDR support, or GTM operations.
• Strong hands-on experience using a CRM daily.
• Proficiency with AI tools and AI-generated content.
• Excellent written and spoken English with attention to tone and grammar.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with significant overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline from post-call follow-up through close.
• Send personalized follow-up emails and coordinate next steps, meetings, and demos.
• Monitor unresponsive prospects and execute re-engagement campaigns.
• Manage GTM operations, including reviewing and approving AI-drafted communications.
• Triage inbound leads and enrich prospect lists using Attio, Clay, and other tools.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records and track communication history.
• Identify and elevate process gaps or broken automated workflows.
