Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to coach and grow a quota-carrying inside sales group. You will monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and use CRM data to drive targeted coaching and improve conversions, helping the team exceed its quotas.

You will interview, hire, and train high-performing sales reps, manage daily performance, and sustain high engagement in a remote work environment, with occasional evening or weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a quota-carrying inside sales team.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead a high-volume sales environment (75–90 calls per day).
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze trends to drive revenue and achieve team quotas.
• Use CRM data and performance metrics to drive targeted coaching and optimize team conversion.
• Interview, hire, and train high-performing sales representatives.
• Manage day-to-day sales performance and deliver timely feedback.
• Maintain high employee engagement in a remote work environment.
• Ensure correct usage and optimization of CRM and other sales applications.
