Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager to lead strategy and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns. This remote role collaborates with marketing, sales, product marketing, brand, events, and operations to optimize the buyer journey and drive qualified pipeline.

You will own campaign planning, channel selection, budget allocation, and performance optimization, leveraging AI-powered tools to scale and personalize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B integrated marketing or demand generation.
• Experience driving pipeline and revenue growth, not just engagement.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel campaigns and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract new prospects and accelerate pipeline and revenue.
• Design quarterly campaign plans aligned with pipeline targets and budget.
• Manage campaigns across channels: content syndication, webinars, events, email nurturing, direct mail, and demos.
• Collaborate with product marketing and brand to translate positioning into campaign messaging.
• Create sales enablement materials and ensure follow-up processes convert engagement to meetings.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and vendors for efficient execution.
• Monitor performance via analytics, attribution, and pipeline reporting; run A/B testing.
