Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives in a fully remote capacity from the United Arab Emirates. You will drive business enablement projects across the full delivery lifecycle, aligning with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will engage in governance, risk management, and executive decision support, applying Agile/hybrid delivery to improve processes and organizational maturity.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall business experience, incl 3–4 years leading projects or change initiatives.
• Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Admin, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Digital Media or related discipline preferred.
• A recognized project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and close-out across the full lifecycle.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, scope definition, stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and process mapping.
• Proven ability to manage scope, assumptions, constraints, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, facilitation and consensus-building across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies including backlog management, roadmaps, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Strong understanding of governance, executive decision support, organizational change, and business transformation.
• Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, external partners and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, schedules and governance.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder interviews and process mapping.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, changes and priorities with escalation options.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, leaders, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Prepare executive updates, risk assessments and decision materials.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog management and roadmap planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including communications, marketing and events.
• Strengthen governance and project management maturity through improved practices.
• Coach stakeholders and teams on effective delivery and collaboration.
