Jobgether in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the digital experience, optimize the website, lifecycle email programs, and brand messaging across product lines. This role combines hands-on marketing leadership with data-driven experimentation in a fully remote setting.

You will partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate customer insights into measurable growth, improve conversion rates, retention, and recurring revenue,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B or e-commerce marketing with website optimization ownership.
• Strong copywriting grounded in customer research.
• Experience building lifecycle or email marketing programs.
• Proficient in A/B testing and interpreting results.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to execution.
• Excellent written English.
• Adaptable, proactive and fast-moving.

Responsibilities

• Own website strategy, messaging, and conversion performance.
• Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
• Develop product line positioning and consistent messaging.
• Plan and optimize lifecycle and marketing email campaigns.
• Gather customer insights from sales and reviews to improve pages.
