Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager based in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead paid social campaigns across the DACH market, oversee creative development, and optimize full-funnel performance with a data-driven approach.

Collaborating with founders, you will shape strategy, run audience research, copywriting, media planning, and KPI analysis to drive growth for 100+ consumer brands.

Qualifications

• Strong full-funnel performance marketing expertise across audience research, creative angles, copywriting and media buying.
• Experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency or consumer brand environment.
• Previous responsibility for seven-figure advertising spend or higher.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with understanding of consumer motivations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process and scale paid social campaigns for leading brands in the DACH market.
• Develop creative concepts, ad scripts, and content for paid and organic channels.
• Manage full-funnel performance marketing from research to copywriting and media buying.
• Collaborate with founders to align marketing initiatives with business goals and brand growth.
• Analyze campaign KPIs and optimize advertising performance.
• Continuously test and optimize assets, messaging, and strategies to improve results.
• Contribute to developing scalable performance marketing processes and best practices.
