Equiti Group, a pioneering global fintech firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a fully remote role that collaborates with its Dubai-based marketing hub. You will support global campaigns, manage schedules, track progress, and ensure campaigns move smoothly from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in marketing coordination, operations or project delivery, with experience in digital marketing, traditional channels, and tools like Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project management, or creative delivery roles.
• Agency background in a fast-paced digital environment is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing techniques and asset delivery.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution & Coordination: liaise with vendors, media agencies, and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives; manage calendars and logistics for events.
• Market Research & Performance Analysis: conduct market research, analyze campaign metrics, and forecast to optimize decisions.
• Traffic & Workflow Support: monitor timelines, allocate creative tasks, follow up on deliverables, and manage live work lifecycles.
• Resource Management: lead scheduling meetings, resolve conflicts, and audit timesheets.
