Jobgether SRL is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to drive paid media strategies for leading DTC and eCommerce brands. You will own acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok, and work with growth teammates to optimize the full funnel.

You will forecast and analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and profitability, translating data into clear business recommendations. This fully remote role includes mentorship, onboarding, and a defined growth pathway.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets with clear commercial impact.
• Strong English communication and ability to collaborate with founders and senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across channels, assets, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Monitor campaign performance and diagnose inefficiencies to improve profitability.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for founders and clients.
• Build forecasts, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decisions.
