Jobgether seeks a Performance & Growth Marketer for a fully remote role based in the United Arab Emirates. You will drive growth for DTC/eCommerce brands, connecting paid advertising to commercial outcomes and owning acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

You will collaborate with growth strategists and senior stakeholders, build forecasts and budgets, and analyze CAC, LTV, MER, and ROAS to boost profitability across the customer journey.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands
• Strong practical expertise in managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Proven experience managing and scaling significant paid advertising budgets with clear commercial impact
• In-house or brand-side experience with DTC or eCommerce is preferred
• Solid understanding of the eCommerce customer journey: CAC, LTV, retention
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
• Availability to work full-time with overlapping hours 4:00–6:00 PM Melbourne time

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads for profitable growth.
• Develop and execute testing strategies across channels, creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets with data-driven investment decisions.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify opportunities, and improve profitability.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margins, and payback periods.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRO, growth, and creative teams to improve the customer journey.
