AI Acquisition is building a global ecosystem for high-growth digital businesses, software products, and AI-powered services. We seek a Community Manager to organize and energize communities where founders, operators, and businesses collaborate, learn, and grow.

You will shape and scale environments that support both B2B and B2C audiences, driving real business outcomes. You’ll work with leadership, customer success, and delivery teams to create environments where entrepreneurs exchange

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience managing online communities in tech, SaaS, AI, or startup ecosystems.
• Experience in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or information products communities.
• Strong communication, moderation skills, and ownership in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate active B2B and B2C communities of founders and operators.
• Foster engagement, drive problem-solving, and convert passive members to active contributors.
• Coordinate live sessions, events, and community programs with cross-functional teams.
• Track engagement metrics and share insights with product and success teams.
