Job summary

Zoth is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive global B2B growth for zPayments remotely from Dubai. You will own the full sales lifecycle, targeting fintechs, Web3 projects, payroll providers, and cross-border remittance platforms.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings and a path to full-time as monthly volume grows. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities across LATAM, APAC, and EMEA corridors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales in Fintech, cross-border payments, or Web3.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding volume-based quotas (TPV / gross revenue).
• Strong network among fintech founders, payroll providers, or cross-border payment platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close high-volume B2B clients in fintech, Web3, payroll, and cross-border remittance.
• Structure pricing models and terms with Product, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Manage key accounts, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive volume expansion.
