Job summary

Sowelo Consulting K. is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive B2B growth for crypto payments on a remote-first basis, serving global merchants in high-risk sectors. You will own key deals from prospecting to close, targeting Tier‑1 to offshore markets and aligning with product and marketing to optimize ICPs.

Fluency in English is required, with 5+ years in payments sales and a strong network among C‑level buyers. This role offers international exposure and flexible contracting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales for payment infrastructure.
• Proven success selling to high-risk merchants in betting, gaming, FX or similar.
• Deep understanding of the payments value chain: onboarding, risk, settlements.
• Knowledge of crypto payment flows and integration processes.
• Experience structuring deals with compliance and licensing considerations.
• Network of merchant-side decision-makers (C-level) in global high-risk payments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of crypto payment solutions to global merchants in high-risk verticals such as betting, iGaming, adult and FX.
• Provide tailored proposals based on merchant industry risk profile, jurisdiction and volume.
• Lead the entire sales lifecycle from outbound prospecting and stakeholder engagement to contract negotiation and onboarding handoff.
• Represent the company at industry expos, crypto payments summits and private networking sessions.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to refine ICP strategy and campaign execution.
• Develop new business opportunities across Tier‑1, Tier‑2 and offshore markets.
