Job summary

myZoi in Dubai is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in fintech and financial services, with a focus on onboarding large corporate clients and expanding the customer base.

You will build a sustainable pipeline, manage end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with product, risk and legal teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the ambassador for the company with external partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development and sales in fintech or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and payroll/payments space.
• Proven ability to network with large corporate clients in UAE.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in UAE.

Responsibilities
