3S Money is seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive outbound B2B growth in fintech, FX and payments. You will manage the full sales cycle, win new business through your network, and build relationships with founders, CFOs and other decision makers in international companies.

Join a high-performance team in a hybrid city-centre office, with quarterly commissions, stock options after a year, and clear progression opportunities as you expand our cross-border payments footprint.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience selling fintech, FX, payments or banking solutions.
• Strong outbound B2B sales track record.
• Experience with international payments, FX and ideally virtual IBANs.
• Existing professional network and relationship-led sales approach.
• Strong commercial judgement and consultative sales skills.
• Experience in sectors such as wholesale, e-commerce, logistics or professional services.
• Fluent English plus another European language is a strong advantage.

• Driving outbound sales across targeted markets
• Winning new business through your network and strategic prospecting that generates your success
• Managing the full sales cycle from origination to close
• Building relationships with founders CFOs and other key decision makers within international businesses
• Developing partnerships with legal corporate and other professional service firms
