3S Money in Dubai is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across international markets. You will leverage your network to win strategic clients and manage the full sales cycle from origination to close.

This role rewards autonomy and a strong earning potential, with four days in the office and one remote, as part of a hybrid setup in our Dubai city-centre hub. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale revenue and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience selling fintech, FX, payments or banking solutions.
• Strong outbound B2B sales track record.
• Existing professional network and relationship-led sales approach.

Responsabilités

• Driving outbound sales across targeted markets.
• Winning new business through your network and strategic prospecting that generates your success.
• Managing the full sales cycle from origination to close.
• Building relationships with founders, CFOs and other key decision makers within international businesses.
• Developing partnerships with legal, corporate and other professional service firms.
• Maintaining strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
• Working closely with Client Management and Revenue leadership to grow long-term client value.
• Developing and executing on strategies to drive company revenue.
