Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth across UAE and Saudi Arabia, acting as the first contact for leading companies and coordinating with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams. The role supports Nebius’s expansion in the Middle East and Africa and offers remote work from Dubai.

Requirements include 2+ years in SDR/BDR, fluency in English and Arabic, and a good grasp of GDPR and regional data-privacy norms.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Arabic written and spoken.
• 2+ years SDR/BDR in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI targeting UAE/Middle East & Africa.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AEs to map target accounts across MEA and execute outbound prospecting.
• Qualify inbound MQLs and pass detailed briefs to AEs.
• Conduct qualification calls to uncover pain points, requirements and budget.
• Represent Nebius at MEA tech events and book on-site meetings.
• Gather market intelligence and share feedback with Product/Marketing.
• Monitor outreach metrics and optimize cadences with Sales Ops.
