Job summary

GitLab is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to generate qualified meetings and pipeline across the MENA region. You’ll perform outbound prospecting, engage senior accounts, and collaborate with Field, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

AI tools will augment research and outreach for scalable impact. You will join a remote, globally distributed Sales team with extensive onboarding and a strong culture of AI adoption, focused on enterprise and mid-market

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and driving KPIs.
• Willingness to travel for events and trainings.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience using AI tools to support day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Conduct high-level discovery with target accounts to qualify opportunities.
• Meet or exceed SAO targets through consistent qualification.
• Research accounts to identify key players and craft outreach.
• Use multi-touch Cadence (call, email, social) with Outreach.io.
• Manage and report prospecting activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Field, Marketing, Sales, and CS teams on lists and campaigns.
• Attend regional events to generate leads and SAOs.
• Mentor new BDR hires and improve processes.
