Job summary

BD SELECT is seeking a Business Development Executive in Dubai to drive client acquisition and revenue growth while working remotely from home. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and present recruitment solutions to prospective clients.

You must be based in the UAE with at least 3 years in a similar BD role in Dubai, and have solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar Business Development role in Dubai.
• Experience in recruitment or staffing services and UAE residency.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process: client requirements, sourcing, screening, onboarding.
• Based in UAE and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Dubai and UAE.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and hiring needs.
• Prospect via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Present recruitment solutions and services to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to meet client requirements.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records using CRM.
