Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive regional revenue by identifying and nurturing high-potential leads for enterprise AI solutions. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, mapping their business needs to Cohere’s products and capabilities, including NLP, AI integration, and scalable language models.

As a native/ fluent Arabic speaker with 2+ years in SaaS sales, you will qualify leads, collaborate with marketing, and manage a book of business

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BDR, sales, or related roles with a SaaS focus.
• Native or Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven outreach.
• Experience in AI/ML or enterprise software sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts across the region in finance, tech, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector.
• Conduct 40+ outbound calls and personalised emails daily to engage decision-makers.
• Qualify leads using BANT framework and document interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign response rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Cohere’s product roadmap.
• Run independent sales cycles on smaller opportunities from intro to close.
