Whitecarrot.ai is seeking a Business Development Representative to own deals end to end, from first contact to signed contract, in a remote-first role with relocation options to Dubai. You will respond to inbound leads, run discovery calls, and deliver compelling demos of the AI-powered platform.

You should have at least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven closing record, strong English, and the ability to own targets.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of B2B sales with a proven record of closing deals.
• Experience owning a closing target, not just booking meetings.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a strong plus.

• Own and close deals end to end from first conversation to signed contract.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and meetings booked by SDR team.
• Run discovery calls to understand hiring challenges.
• Deliver clear, confident demos of Whitecarrot's AI-powered platform.
• Lead pricing conversations and propose the right plan.
• Handle objections and follow up until the deal is closed.
• Maintain and update CRM with clear next steps.
• Hand over closed customers to Customer Success.
• Share frontline insights that shape product roadmap and sales playbook.
• Take on multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving startup.
