Job summary

Whitecarrot, a UAE-based AI talent marketplace, is hiring a Sales Development Associate for a remote-first role with relocation to Dubai. You'll own the full sales process from day one, working directly with the founder to scale in the GCC and beyond.

We seek a bilingual seller with at least one year of sales experience, able to outreach to HR leaders in the USA, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup. This role offers mentorship, strong growth, and exposure to shaping the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience selling for a product-based company.
• Experience selling to the USA market.
• Confident phone presence.
• Independent, disciplined, UAE hours alignment.
• HR tech or SaaS sales experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Drive outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify prospects and engage HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Understand employer challenges and connect them to Whitecarrot's AI-powered solutions.
• Maintain and update CRM to keep the pipeline organised.
• Work directly with the founder to advance deals and close customers.
• Share frontline insights that shape our product roadmap and sales playbook.
• Take on different responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup.
