Job summary

Corporate Stays in Dubai seeks an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate housing accounts across Asia and the Middle East. You will nurture relationships, grow bookings, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored accommodation solutions for key clients.

You will manage client needs, identify upsell opportunities, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high service standards in a remote, freelance–full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development or Hospitality.
• Experience handling corporate clients / B2B relationships.
• Hospitality or corporate housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upsell.
• Coordinate with reservations, revenue, guest experience and operations teams.
• Develop customized accommodation proposals to meet client needs.
• Monitor account activity and revenue potential to drive growth.
• Support renewals and long-term account value.
