Job summary

GuestReady is seeking an Account Manager for its Owner Success team in Dubai. You will own a portfolio of property owners end to end, acting as the main contact, driving performance, and ensuring long‑term retention.

You will collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, Revenue Management and Finance to deliver results for your portfolio. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in account management or customer success, are comfortable with numbers, and can manage a busy portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in account management, customer success or client relationship management.
• Confident building trust with clients and handling difficult conversations.
• Commercially minded, comfortable with numbers and explaining performance simply.
• Organised and able to manage a busy portfolio with competing priorities.
• Proactive and accountable: you follow through until things are resolved.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets and digital systems.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of property owners, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Portfolio performance: Monitor occupancy, bookings and revenue across your portfolio, explain trends to owners and agree actions to improve results.
• Retention and growth: Identify retention risks early, lead difficult conversations and spot opportunities to add properties or services within your portfolio.
• Escalations: Own complex owner issues and complaints through to resolution, coordinating across teams.
• Reporting: Share regular performance updates and owner reviews, and keep accurate portfolio records in our CRM.
• Team support: Guide Owner Success Associates and help improve how we manage owner portfolios in the UAE.
