JOB SUMMERY:
To develop and deliver private and investment banking services to High-Net-Worth clients in the target markets, and to source / acquire new HNW clients
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquire and Manage New to Bank HNW & UHNW investment profile clients.
- Devise and implement an aggressive sales plan to achieve the assigned business KPI, Financial objectives and Budgets.
- Responsible to achieve targets (Client Acquisition, Liabilities and Net Fee Revenue/Income.
- To conduct regular review of potential business and profitability of the portfolio.
- To ensure proper and timely review and renewal of financing facilities.
- To maintain focus on service, compliance, governance and risk guidelines of the bank.
- To ensure all internal reporting is completed in timely manner.
- To manage customer experience, ensure highest level of service quality and thus be a trusted advisor to the client.
- To ensure product knowledge, understanding and readiness.
- Provide Financial assistance to clients to maximize returns and minimize risk based on client’s financial profile.
- Execute customer instruction & resolve customer queries / complaints in timely & professional manner.
- Comply without exception with internal code of conduct and compliance mandate and guidelines.
- Ensure portfolio diversity and avoid concentration risk in the portfolio.
- Update and maintain Call reports on their daily activities.

- Strong Knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Interest Rates, Commodities and Equities, including Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Lending Syndications
- Strong experience in Selling Global Markets products
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationships with Institutional Customers
- Demonstrating excellent communications skills internally and externally.
- Able to work independently and effectively within a team
- Strong knowledge of MS tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant Bachelor degree from a reputed University.
- At least 5 years’ experience in wealth Management or relevant department in banking industry.
- CISI Certification is mandatory.
- Experience in the wealth management business within the UAE market
- Russian speaker from the UAE market, or Fluent English and Arabic would be added advantage.
