Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is hiring for a senior commercial banking professional in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, cross-selling the full product suite, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience to meet targets.

You will build detailed client dossiers and advise on new solutions while maintaining strong risk controls. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in commercial banking, with proven client acquisition and cross-selling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial banking environment.
• Experience in acquiring clients and cross-selling a full product suite.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients, conduct wallet exercise to cross sell entire product suite and facilitate an excellent onboarding experience to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain client dossiers capturing current and future client needs and advise on new solutions and opportunities.
• Obtain reports from support units, create credit applications, report on risk profile and highlight/update authorities with changes to enable action.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, processes, SOPs and instructions to deliver the required service to customers and stakeholders.
