Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking an ambitious professional to join the Business Banking team in the UAE. The role focuses on client queries, service delivery, and revenue generation while aligning with bank policies and standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 4 years in banking sales/service, a business or finance degree, and strong MS Office skills. Flexible and remote working options are offered, with a focus on cross-selling and relationship building.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Banking in sales and service environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word; Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of core Banking systems.
• Analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client queries and complaints, complete transactions and service requests within agreed turnaround times.
• Support the assigned business team with day-to-day revenue generating activities; educate clients on access options and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate and consolidate internal reports to support meetings.
• Assist in creating internal memos, requests and customer letters and follow up on departmental documentation.
• Adhere to policies, processes and SOPs to maintain service standards.
• Demonstrate ADCB Service Standards in all customer interactions.
