Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Relationship Manager for Community Banking to manage an existing portfolio and pursue new SME/government and corporate clients. You will drive account plans, cross-sell products, and ensure client satisfaction within the UAE market.

The role requires dealing with cash management and banking operations, maintaining KYC/ODD compliance, and collaborating with product partners to grow the client base. Dubai-origin processes may be involved.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years experience in handling SMEs and/or government & corporate banking.
• UAE based experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of cash management products and banking operations.
• Very good knowledge of local UAE market especially Abu Dhabi Al Ain & Western Region.
• Strong analytical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage relationships with SME and government/corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
• Achieve financial targets through portfolio growth and cross-sell revenues.
• Conduct joint client calls with product partners to identify opportunities and deepen relationships.
• Ensure regular interaction with clients to address banking needs and maintain wallet share.
• Maintain compliance with KYC/ODD processes and group policies.
