Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Banking in Sales and Service environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of core Banking systems.
• Analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries and complaints and complete transactions within agreed TATs to ensure service quality.
• Support the assigned business team with day-to-day revenue activities and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate and consolidate internal reports and prepare for meetings.
• Create internal memos and follow up on documentation to support Relationship Managers.
• Develop a collaborative relationship with RMs to ensure effective communications.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to deliver consistent service standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to support service delivery.
