Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing relationships and client portfolios.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients; perform financial analysis and submit credit applications to support onboarding and targets.
• Offer solutions and services to increase transactions and grow the portfolio.
• Build a 360-degree client dossier to capture current and future needs.
• Conduct client visits to assess risk profiles and update authorities on changes.
• Demonstrate ADCB service standards in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
