Keyper is seeking a Relationship Manager to build and preserve strong relationships with clients, partners, and the internal team. You should understand Keyper’s property management products and services and communicate effectively to tailor solutions for investors and landlords in Dubai.

You will identify upsell opportunities, address inquiries, resolve complaints quickly, and promote high-quality sales and client service processes while renewing contracts and expanding the client base in the

Formación

• Bachelor's Business Administration and/or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the field, brokerage experience in a must.
• Experience in Property Management Sales, Agreement and Conversions (required).
• Basic Dubai Leasing terms and procedure.
• Basic knowledge inSales (Secondary Market and Off-Plan).

A Relationship Manager creates and preserves strong relationships with clients, partners, or members of their team.Should have a good understanding of the company’s products and services. They must also have a great communication skill in order to know how they can best help clients with their needs and strengthen the relationship between the organization and the customers.

• Through direct and indirect means, relationship managers help firms improve relationships with clients and partners.

• Relationship management has two areas of focus: clients and business partners.
