Job summary

Keyper is seeking a Relationship Manager to build and preserve strong relationships with clients, partners, and the internal team. You should understand Keyper’s property management products and services and communicate effectively to tailor solutions for investors and landlords in Dubai.

You will identify upsell opportunities, address inquiries, resolve complaints quickly, and promote high-quality sales and client service processes while renewing contracts and expanding the client base in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Business Administration and/or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the field, brokerage experience in a must.
• Experience in Property Management Sales, Agreement and Conversions (required).
• Basic Dubai Leasing terms and procedure.
• Basic knowledge inSales (Secondary Market and Off-Plan).

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships with customers (Investor Landlords).
• Assisting with generating new business.
• Identifying opportunities for greater profits.
• Understand customers (Investor Landlords) needs and develop plans to address them.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
• Identify Upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Promote High-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
• Aim to preserve customers (Investor Landlords) and renew contracts.
• Approach potential customers (Investor Landlords) to establish relationships, which includes signups of New Property Management Agreements.
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
