Job summary

Keyper in Dubai is seeking a Relationship Manager to create and preserve strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. This role requires a solid understanding of Keyper's property management products and services, and excellent communication to address client needs.

You will build positive relationships with customers (Investor Landlords), help generate new business, identify opportunities for greater profits, and renew contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Business Administration and/or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the field, brokerage experience is a must.
• Experience in Property Management Sales, Agreement and Conversions (required).
• Basic Dubai Leasing terms and procedure.
• Basic knowledge in Sales (Secondary Market and Off-Plan).

Responsibilities

• Approach potential customers (Investor Landlords) to establish relationships, which includes signups of New Property Management Agreements.
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
