Job summary

Mira Construction in Dubai is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive off-plan property sales for a growing real estate development team.

You will manage international clients, build lasting relationships, and consistently meet ambitious sales targets while coordinating with internal teams for an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience directly with a real estate developer.
• Experience with international clients and investors across nationalities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years of sales experience working directly for a real estate developer is required. Experience with a real estate developer is essential; agency-only experience will not be considered. Demonstrated ability to work with international clients and investors across different nationalities. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills. Excellent relationship management and customer service skills. Currently based in the UAE or willing to willing to relocate.
