Job summary

Showcify is seeking a Relationship Manager in Dubai to build and preserve strong relationships with clients, partners, or team members. A solid understanding of Showcify's products and services and excellent communication are essential to address client needs and strengthen ties with customers.

The role focuses on managing relationships with Investor Landlords, generating new business, and identifying upsell opportunities while ensuring high-quality sales and service processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the field; brokerage experience required.
• Experience in Property Management Sales, Agreements and Conversions.
• Basic Dubai leasing terms and procedures.
• Basic knowledge in Sales (Secondary Market and Off-Plan).

Responsibilities

• Understand customers (Investor Landlords) needs and develop plans to address them.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
