Job summary

HRsource is partnering with a prestigious international luxury business seeking a senior business development professional to drive growth across the GCC from Dubai. You will meet partners, negotiate opportunities and build relationships that translate into sales.

We seek 8–10 years of commercial experience in luxury sectors, with a GCC network among luxury retailers, distributors and private clients. Fluent English and Arabic are essential, with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of commercial experience in luxury sectors (jewellery, watches or related).
• Regional sales, wholesale, distribution or key account management experience.
• Established GCC network with luxury retailers, distributors and high-value private clients.
• Evidence of developing, growing and converting commercial opportunities.
• Fluent English and Arabic; comfortable traveling regionally.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across the GCC, identifying potential retailers and partners.
• Managing wholesale and retail accounts, strengthening partnerships and improving performance.
• Negotiating commercial agreements and supporting annual sales plans.
• Identifying private client opportunities, including high-value transactions.
• Building relationships with family offices and luxury networks.
• Reviewing market opportunities and competitor activity to support growth.
• Collaborating with international teams on proposals and client requirements.
• Travel regularly across the region to develop and maintain partnerships.
