HRsource is recruiting a Regional Commercial Manager for a luxury group with Middle East operations. The role oversees commercial performance, builds relationships with retail and distribution partners, and aligns product availability with market needs.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in luxury commerce, strong regional networks across GCC, English and Arabic fluency, and proven ability to drive growth through partnerships and strategic planning. Regular regional travel is expected.

Qualificações

• Substantial track record in luxury commercial management.
• 8–10 years of regional experience with responsibility for sales, distribution or commercial development.
• Strong relationships across GCC and established luxury networks.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee commercial performance across the Middle East market.
• Develop and manage relationships with retail and distribution partners.
• Lead regional planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with merchandising, operations, finance and international teams to align priorities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen distribution and grow partnerships.
• Support private client development and high-net-worth client relationships.
