HRsource is recruiting a Regional Commercial Manager for a luxury group with Middle East operations. The role oversees commercial performance, builds relationships with retail and distribution partners, and aligns product availability with market needs.
Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in luxury commerce, strong regional networks across GCC, English and Arabic fluency, and proven ability to drive growth through partnerships and strategic planning. Regular regional travel is expected.
We have been appointed to recruit a Regional Commercial Manager for an established international luxury business with commercial interests across the Middle East.
This is a senior appointment requiring an experienced luxury professional who understands how to manage and develop a regional business, build productive commercial relationships and contribute to wider growth plans.
The position offers considerable exposure to regional leadership and international management, with involvement in both the existing business and future commercial development.
Working closely with senior regional management, you will take an active role in overseeing commercial performance across the market.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with established retail and distribution partners, ensuring that commercial objectives are clearly defined and that performance is reviewed consistently.
A key part of the position will be understanding the commercial dynamics of individual markets and identifying opportunities to strengthen distribution, improve sales and develop more productive relationships with existing partners.
You will contribute to regional business planning, sales budgets, forecasting and performance reviews, providing senior management with a clear understanding of business results and future opportunities.
The role also requires sound judgement around commercial agreements, pricing, negotiations and the financial performance of retail partnerships.
You will work closely with merchandising, operations, finance and international teams to ensure that product availability, commercial priorities and market requirements are properly aligned.
Alongside the existing business, you will support the assessment of new markets, potential partnerships and opportunities to expand the commercial network.
There is also an important private client development element to this appointment.
You should understand how high-value luxury business is developed in the region and be comfortable managing relationships involving private clients, family offices and other significant commercial contacts.
This may include exceptional jewellery transactions, special client requests and business opportunities that require close coordination with international teams.
You will be expected to represent the business confidently with senior retail partners, commercial stakeholders and international management, exercising discretion and sound judgement throughout.
We are looking for someone with a substantial track record in luxury commercial management, ideally gained within fine jewellery, high jewellery, luxury watches or a comparable international luxury business.
Approximately eight to ten years of relevant experience would be appropriate, with meaningful responsibility for regional sales, wholesale partnerships, distribution or commercial development.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of the Middle East luxury market and established relationships across the GCC.
You should have experience managing important commercial accounts, negotiating agreements, reviewing financial performance and contributing to business growth.
We would be particularly interested in individuals who have worked closely with senior regional or international leadership and are comfortable operating beyond a purely sales-focused remit.
A strong private client network, including relationships with family offices and high-net-worth individuals, would be an important advantage.
The ability to demonstrate commercial results, sound financial judgement and experience managing complex business relationships will be essential.
Fluent English and Arabic are required. The position involves regular regional travel.
