Job summary

Departer Gruppe is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager Middle East to be based in Dubai. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead a high‑performing sales team across the GCC, building long‑term client relationships and strategic partnerships.

You will develop and implement regional sales strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation. Fluent in English and Arabic, you should have a proven track record in leadership and regional

Qualifications

Academic degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
5–10 years of sales experience with leadership responsibility.
Fluency in English; proficient Arabic is a plus.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Dubai-based sales team and set targets.
Represent the brand and products across the GCC region.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities; grow existing accounts.
Build partnerships with dealers, key accounts, real estate pros, and architects.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
Maintain full visibility of the sales pipeline using CRM.
Monitor industry trends to uncover new business potential.
Attend industry events to strengthen market presence.
Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation.
Maximize revenue share across the GCC region.
